ORDERING

At Folkmarketgems.com, our most important rule is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. There are three types of orders:-

  1. Small Orders in Retails
  2. Large Priced Items either in Retail or Wholesale
  3. Pre-orders and Wholesale Orders

Small Orders

Orders less than $500 to $1000 are considered small orders. You can checkout those items within price through Credit card. 

Large Priced Items Either in Retail or Wholesale

Large Priced items either in retail or wholesale are large orders. It is advised to contact email at info@folkmarketgems.com or Whatsapp: +923268999919 for confirmation of these orders. Contacting us will give you more security about your order placement

Pre-Orders and Wholesale Orders

 Wholesale orders are meant to be in bulk quantity. Wholesale orders will give you handsome discount on larger quantity. Discount in wholesale gemstone buying can be from 10% to 50% even depending on quantity selection. Contact by  email at info@folkmarketgems.com or WhatsApp: +923268999919 for confirmation of these orders. Handling time for wholesale or pre-order is minimum 2 weeks which can be extended upto 15 days or so. Once order is done, shipment will be forwarded. It is better to order wholesale orders via Bank Deposit.

Cancellation of Orders by the Client

If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that sooner you inform us the better! We dispatch our orders within 48 hours so be sure to let us know about any cancellations at your earliest.

Shipping Time for Wholesale and Pre-Orders:
Wholesale and pre-orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on stone availability.
