Finally Sotheby opened the door to bijoux boutique on Bond Street featuring many beautiful jewelries having flawless stones to the collection of rare diamonds.
While celebrating its annual anniversary, Sotheby’s Diamonds presented its outstanding gem to gate that is 102.34 carat, D-Flawless which is type IIA round brilliant diamond. It is said that it is the most rare and most valuable white diamond ever.
This diamond is outstanding for its colour, clarity and cut. It is one of the ultra-rare subgroups of gem-quality diamonds which is known as Type IIA. It has chemical purity making it crystal clear to the eye.
There are only 7 D-Colour diamonds with a weight of 100 carats plus appeared in an auction until now. However no anyone was cut as the brilliant-cut. Cutters save the weight in cutting.
